[CMAS] 2019 ACADIA NIGHT SKY FESTIVAL

Dear Astronomy Enthusiasts,
I am very pleased to announce and provide you the attached *Astronomers
Information Package 2019*, for the *2019 Acadia Night Sky Festival*,
September 25 - 29, 2019.  You are receiving this email because you are
either a member of an Astronomy Club in the greater Northeast, you are a
past participant or you have expressed interest in participating this
year.  Regardless of your affiliation, *Welcome and Thank You! *

This year's Astronomer participation events will take place at, the Bar
Harbor Village Green, Jackson Laboratory, Seal Cove Auto Museum (new) and
Cadillac Mountain.  There are also many other events, guest speakers and
presentations that you are welcome and encouraged to attend.  The
attached *Astronomers
Information Package 2019,* provides information about each of the
Astronomer participation events.

*On page 5* of the attached, *Astronomers Information Package 2019*,  you
will find a header titled, *"SIGNUP"*.  Once again, we are utilizing Doodle
Poll to signup for participation events.  Please click on either one of the
provided Doodle Poll links, or copy one of the links to an open browser
window.  Once into Doodle Poll, type in your first and last name, followed
by the initials of your club name (if applicable) above the other names on
the left side. (You *may* be required to click on the "*+*" sign prior to
typing your name.) Then check each of the events of which you would like to
participate.  You are welcomed and encouraged to check as many as you
wish.

For those clubs who provided me access to your club's google list-serv, all
club members on the list-serv will receive this email.  For those clubs who
did not provide or do not have a list-serv, I kindly ask that your club
President forward this email and attachment out to all club members.  (If
you are undecided, please sign up now; you can always change your
individual Doodle Poll later!)  We are a little late getting this
information and signup out to your this year, so your timely response is
certainly appreciated.

please ask one of your fellow club members who may have attended this event
in prior years, or reply to this email or send me a personal email to:
