[CMAS] September observing plans

I will be hauling the 16" dob to Baxter and SOK September 19-21, and will
have the scope ready for the Cadillac Mtn event on the following weekend
Sept 25-29 for the ANSF.

I am not committed to attending ANSF, so let's coordinate and see how we
would like to arrange our efforts.
