The outreach at Camp Mechuwana will be on Tuesday, July 9, from 9:00pm to 10:00pm, with a rain date of the next night. Arrive early enough to set up in evening twilight if you like. Stay tuned to learn whether electricity is available at the ball field. Bring your extension chords and batteries or manual telescopes just in case, along with your green laser pointers. Think ahead to what you might like to show mostly fifth graders, including a few children just a few years younger or older. Camp Mechuwana can be found at:

Mechuwana maintains certain standards of security, as is typical among children’s summer camps. Please be aware that CMAS has been asked to provide the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of everyone who volunteers to help with this outreach.
