The dark skies of Foss Hill have been hidden to CMAS for the nearly three years that we have been attempting to meet there on a night that is not cloudy. Surely this time will finally succeed, right? The almost wilderness-like darkness, the sweeping views of the sky above the large field, the quiet of the remote, woodland site — all a surprisingly short drive from the homes of many CMASians. Join us for what we hope will finally be a homecoming to a favorite observing site!
