CMAS Punts re Galaxy Quest Tonight

Odds are that tonight will be cloudy at Galaxy Quest, yet because we hate cancelling star parties, CMAS punts at noontime. We will decide in a few hours whether to meet tonight.

By coincidence, the weather is much like that when the last star party was cancelled. Dense clouds off shore, down south, and north into Canada are slowly crushing toward Maine. Despite the beautiful day today, it appears to be not a matter of “if,” but “when” we will be shrouded in clouds. Watch your email, or the Web sites, for an official decision soon.
