STAR PARTY AT NIGHT OWL OBSERVATORY

See you tonight at Night Owl Observatory! Weather forecasts are excellent for our star party. The clouds are expected to clear completely, although it will be cold. Dress warmly. The wood stove will be lit in the garage for warming. Bring your telescopes if you want, or use Night Owl’s. Lenny will have plenty ready for your eyes.
The early set-up time is optional. It allows assembling telescopes while there is still some daylight. Arrive later if that better suits your Saturday.

On Google Maps’ satellite image, Lenny’s is the last house on the right, with the circular driveway, several barns, and the circular fenced paddock. Look for the red lantern on Lenny’s mailbox on Hardscrabble Road, then follow the gravel road around to the left, to the gate on the right marked with another red lantern.
