Warming room and facilities available. The observatory is at the end of a long driveway. Depending upon how far the road is plowed, park at the house or farther up the hill nearer to the observatory.
Volunteers needed in the afternoons before the star parties, to help set up telescopes, shovel snow, and the like.

Before driving to Galaxy Quest, double-check your mapping software’s directions. There are two Vancycle Roads in different towns that do not connect to each other. You must turn onto the correct Vancycle Road from Belfast Road / Route 52, at the Ararat Farms Stand in Lincolnville. If your mapping software tells you to turn onto Vancycle Road from either Tunk Woods Road or Halls Corner Road in Belmont, that is a mistake. Upon entering the driveway from Vancycle Road (at the unlit sign for Donkey Universe Farm), park near the barn; the observatory is off to the left beyond the barn.
