Clouds Against Star Parties

The weather is looking dim for a star party this month at DRA, whether on the official date (this Saturday, January 13, 2018) or the rain date (Saturday, January 20, 2018). Sometimes, the weather changes significantly in just a few days, but it rarely bucks a longer-term trend of steady clouds with precipitation. If skies clear for this weekend, we’ll improvise, yet it would seem safe to make other plans. There is more hope for the 20th, simply because a lot could change in ten days, so we’ll keep you posted.
