6 Beaver Drive, Litchfield, ME 04350
Arrive as late as 9:30pm when it will be dark enough to start observing, or as early as 7:30pm if you want to set up in daylight. Weather being what it is, booking two star parties is an attempt to get at least one night of clear skies, but we’ll hope to see everyone at both!
Night Owl Observatory is home to a telescope so large that one must climb a ladder to reach the eyepiece. It can see unusually faint objects. Come see sights that might be missed at other observatories!
From the intersection of Hardscrabble Road and Beaver Drive, pass the first road on the right, following the curve around to the left. Drive a few hundred feet to the end, then turn right through the gate into Night Owl Observatory.
